I wouldn't go back to this place even if it was free.

There is an elevator to the apartment, they don't write which floor the studio is on. There was no breakfast.

I have been a VIP customer of Booking for 20 years. I booked a studio apartment called B103 Vanessa Lovely Studio in Paphos. I booked without the option of cancellation, even though a lot of important information is missing and it cannot be clarified before you book. So here it is: They ask you to let them know when you are arriving and then tell you that since the entrance to the apartment is from 4:00 PM, you must pay 30 euros. This is not written in detail and the requirements of the place. They do not change towels for 5 days, the apartment is not cleaned for 5 days, the mattress is uncomfortable, the sofa is prickly and uncomfortable, the TV does not work, the air conditioning requires you to turn on the timer every hour, including at night, the water pressure is low and it is unpleasant to shower, some of the pots in the kitchenette are rusty, we had to buy new ones, the refrigerator is full of ice and does not cool properly, the owner, whom we have not seen or met, has a rude demand to remove the garbage from the apartment. He also contacted the Booking manager about all of this, so you are thinking of booking a place Stay away from this place. You came to rest, not to be employees of the owner. Last line. The owner wrote to us that we are in good hands. These are the hands.

Passable

I liked the main pool.

The bathroom wasn't clean and the AC was smelling bad.

7 / 10

Good stay if you like quiet place. If you like to stay by the sea it is not for you, as you need car

Studio was spacious and good location, good communication. We had some problem in the kitchen, was fixed quite quick. Good Wi-Fi, new washing machine Swimming pool, actually one outside, one inside.

We arrived on the middle of night, we were really surprised, was even no bottle of water to welcome. Not much information in the welcome pack about some facilities, like swimming pool or sauna. It was advertised like there is one.
