We planned this one-night stay on the recommendation of a travel guide book, and it was, indeed, perfect after a day of meandering around the countryside. Inviting, laid-back check-in, where Chris, the owner, brought us fresh lemonade and sat with us on a couch chatting outside. The view of the valley below, both from our room and from the seated area along a stretch of wall outside, was spectacular, worth everything. Lovely place to comfortably unwind and relax for an afternoon and evening.
The dining experience our travel guide book recommended was disappointing. The menu was confusing, and with just one person waiting on all the tables, there was little time for us to get adequate explanations. The food was unremarkable. We speculated that maybe they were under-staffed. Not a deal breaker, we would still recommend a stay here, but maybe lower your expectations regarding the dining.

The lighting in the room was excellent. Parking was very convenient.
Evening meal and breakfast were offered but we turned them down for our own reasons.
The door to the bathroom does not give privacy during ablutions. Your partner will hear every noise you make in the bathroom.
The room is not spacious but we expected that.
