Wonderful apartment, bright, recently renovated, a stone's throw from the Colosseum, located in an excellent starting point to discover the hidden treasures of Rome. Close to the Roman Forum, and the Rione Monti district, a neighborhood to explore full of clubs, restaurants, shops and alleys to discover. Close to the metro stations B Cavour and Colosseum, in a district full of clubs, wine bars, restaurants and boutiques

This is a spacious apartment in the heart of the Monti neighborhood in Rome. It is close to all the places a visitor would like to go such as the Colosseum, the Forum, good restaurants, and my Baroque art.If you are from North America, beware in the warmer months. The apartment has air conditioning, but it is not the air conditioning North Americans are used to. It lowers the temperature by a few degrees Celsius. But if you are use to air conditioning that you set at 70 degrees f, and an hour later the room is 70 f, this is not that type of air conditioning. If you are from Europe of the UK, it is what you would expect.The kitchen is well equipped, and there is plenty of room for people to sleep. Benne

Guido’s place was amazing. Steps from the Colosseum made it a fantastic location to base ourselves. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Guido was an amazing host, responded very quickly to any question, organized a transfer from the airport ( which was the best decision we ever made) and getting into the place couldn't have been more seamless. I would recommend this location to anyone coming to Rome. We were travelling as a family of 4 with two teens and had plenty of space. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Responsive host. Located right next to Colloseum and metro, very convenient. Clean and as described in listing. Apartment neighbors could be heard frequently while trying to sleep. TVs, foot steps, and the very busy road next to the apartment with a tour company just below. This is the major city so noise is to be expected. Overall a good experience. The host was kind and easily reached every time I reached out.
