Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel is not just a hotel to me; it is truly my second home in Dubai. I have been a loyal guest since its early days during the COVID period, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. In my opinion, this is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels in Al Barsha, if not one of the best in Dubai. It genuinely deserves five stars in every aspect. The cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and attention to detail are exceptional. What makes this hotel truly special, however, is its wonderful team. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and management, everyone is consistently welcoming, smiling, professional, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel valued. The restaurant is equally impressive, offering a wonderful variety of fresh, delicious food. One particularly remarkable gesture is how they treat their loyal guests. During my stays, they surprise me every single day with thoughtful treats such as desserts, fresh fruits, and nuts. This is not just a one-time welcome gesture; it is a daily expression of genuine hospitality that I have rarely experienced anywhere else. I cannot praise this hotel and its outstanding team enough. Their consistency, kindness, generosity, and exceptional service have earned my loyalty and appreciation over the years. A truly five-star experience, delivered by a five-star team. The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable & pool great.

We were not aware the hotel was a dry hotel. If it continues to be listed on Booking.com, that should be included in the description.

We booked a premium room but were upgraded to a one-bedroom Grand Suite. It was a delightful surprise! The room was very spacious for the three of us. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had a great time swimming. The pool was also large and suitable for children. The staff were friendly.

Location in Barsha near metro station and MOE was good, fairly new hotel.

from the Promo in booking to what I actually paid there was quite a different. 1st when I reached the hotel they charged me extra from what was agreed after upgrading my room, and at the checkout they mentioned that I need to pay extra as they made a mistake during the check-in. So overall, the experience did not worth the money.
