When you're on the property you'll feel as though you're deep in the woods, but the property is just 10 minutes from the Flagstaff Mall, Harkins movie theaters, and other east-side Flagstaff restaurants and just 15 Miles to Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort and Northern Arizona University. The home has 3,600 total Sq. Feet - 1,800 up top with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, and the basement has an additional 1,800 Sq. ft and is the perfect retreat for the kids. The Basement Rec room has a Foosball table, Big Screen TV, Electronic darts and plug-ins for streaming devices or video gaming systems to keep everyone entertained. The basement also contains the 4th bedroom, which, with its queen sized bed and Twin/Full bunk beds is perfect for a small family.

Ceiling Fans are located throughout the home and additional stand fans and portable A/C units are available as needed.

Please note....we do welcome dogs at the home, however, we have had to institute a $50 dollar per-pet, per-stay fee to reimburse our cleaners and offset extra wear and tear at the home. This fee will be added on to your stay after the time of booking as the system will only allow one pet fee per stay at initial booking. Thanks for your understanding!!
