The entire house was cleaned and everything in its place when we got there. But upon further looking, you could tell in corners that deep cleaning hadn’t been done for a while. Example of buildup of dust in some of the corners. We use the pack and play. And after we set it up, we went back in the room and a roach was on the floor. Not sure if it came out of the pack and play and we saw no more after that. We used the beach towels and they appear that they have not been washed for a while. They were real crunchy to the touch. Other than that, everything was great and just as advertised. I would stay again.

The house was perfect and in a great location to the amenities plus to Disney! We loved having a pool right on property and the kids loved jumping in after a long day at the parks. AC works great but the master tends to be a little warmer than the rest of the house. The Game room has AC as well! Big plus. Everything worked. We had a great time.

The villa is large, beautiful, clean and, well equipped.
The pool area is very private and sunny.
Finding the hidden Mickeys around the villa even as adults is hilarious.
Windsor Hills is a beautiful resort we have used the clubhouse in the past and there’s plenty to do there the resort is gated and feels very safe.
Chris the owner is a great host and responds very quickly to any enquiry.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book again in fact a third visit is on the cards for early next year.

We had a great time in Cinderella Pool Villa. Pool cover caused some debris in the pool but was promptly taken care of. Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated kids’ rooms. Very private pool area. Would definitely stay in one of Chris’s houses again!
