It was perfect other than the fridge

It’s was clean, and nice and opened planed

The only problem that we had was that the mini fridge in the property would leak on the floor and over freeze. Our beverages were frozen.

I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone

I didn't like anything else. I was quite disappointed with this property

The floor was dirty. The iron was dirty, it marked my blouse with a mark that won't wash out. The outdoor furniture was rusty to the point it was unusable. The stairs into the property are unsafe

Extremely disapointed. A cash cow for the owner but he doesn't feed his cows.

The location was good for us. There was usually a parking space available. The unit itself was well laid out and the appliances were modern. The kitchen was well equipped with saucepans, crockery, cutlery etc. The letting agency SmartStay WA were responsive to my requests when they were made and were courteous and professional with their manner. The unit heating was good and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water.

Although the unit was well laid out and fitted out the furnishings and some of the fittings were absolute rubbish. The sofa was ready for the dump and would not have been received if donated to a charity shop. It was dirty and the stuffing was gone from the armrests and underneath it the floor appeared not to have been cleaned for some time. The furniture in the unit and outside the unit that appeared in the advertising material were not evident in the unit. There were two tin stools to sit on plus the dirty sofa. there was no chair for the desk and no other chair and small table in the bedroom as per photos. Also no chairs with backs outside, only the wooden benches and two rusty tin stools, one of which I had to make covers for to save my clothes and use for the desk. My wife has a bad back and needs a chair with a back (as shown in the photos) and could not sit on the tin stools so had to eat standing up. The concertina door leading to the toilet and bathroom was hanging by one end only and this was split and ready to fall apart. Although the appliances were modern there were no user manuals for any of them, including the washing machine in the shared and exceedingly untidy laundry room. There was a bad trip hazard between the bedroom and living room caused by a six inch (approx) change in floor level. When we arrived it was late at night and pouring with rain. The slippery unlit wooden steps from the parking area down to the units was quite hazardous, especially handling our luggage. It would be bad enough in broad daylight without luggage in the rain. the area surrounding the units was in a state of total neglect and the paint was seen to be peeling of the fascia boards of the building. The barbecues that we saw were rusted up and filthy and ready for the dump. The whole exterior had an appearance of dereliction and neglect, hardly conducive to a holiday atmosphere. The timber on the door to our unit was swollen and made it difficult to open or close.

Well constructed rooms with everything you need.

The fridge is a bit small considering the size of the kitchen and you can clearly hear the room next door when they are talking, needs a little more insulating.

The facilities were excellent and Fremantle shops and city centre were just a 30 minute walk.

The bed mattress was very hard, woke up with sore hips.
