Great location, near restaurants, attractions in the old town
Quiet and comfortable room
There was a musty smell in the lobby, even first floor. My room was on the second floor, so it wasn’t affected
There was no running water one morning. Fortunately I was able to brush my teeth with bottled water. I was out early that day and by the time I was back water was running again. Apparently this happens sometimes in Tbilisi, so may not be the hotel’s fault

Location is very central and the value for money is very good.
It’s on a very noisy street and the loud noise carries on until late every night. It didn’t bother me personally but something to note.

The staff is nice and helpful.Reception 24/7. Room was basic but had all I need and clean. Balcony was lovely.
AC, WIFI and fridge works perfectly. Location is amazing, in old town, near to every attraction, many restaurants and bars. Shops next to it. For sightseeing its perfect to go on foot or near the meeting points. For this price highly recommended.
For 5 days I didnt have my room cleaned once. Halfway I just gave lady the trash and asked for toilet paper.
Can be loud if you have room from the street and its weekend.

It was in a very central location and very clean.
We wanted to check in early, but they said it was only possible with an extra fee. So we couldn't go early. Despite repeatedly asking for two separate beds, they separated them when we arrived. We waited for about 30 minutes.
