Everything was lovely from start to finish. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all so kind and welcoming.
A special shout-out to Georgia, who was an absolute superstar from beginning to end. Her warmth, help, and attention made our stay even more special.
A big bravo to Georgia and the whole team for creating such a wonderful experience!
One area that could be improved is the organization and cleanliness of the riverfront areas. It would be wonderful to see the entire area kept a little tidier and more organized.
I also wish there were more garbage bins along the riverfront, as this would make it easier for visitors to keep the area clean and enjoyable for everyone.
