Disappointing, dirty, property was falsely adverstised, and unsatisfying.

Location was good. Easy to get to town and nearby parks. Quiet.

Where do I start: 1) We arrived late at night. Discovered dirty bed sheets with mystery spots and stains; they looked like blood or urine stains, it was impossible to tell exactly what the stairs were. No spare sets of sheets. Had to do late night laundry in order to sleep on the bed. Went to bed around 2 am as a result. 2) Sink would not drain. Our contact had to call a plumber to clear the sink. 3) Some parts had not been cleaned adequately. This was pointed out to the contact. Between this and the sheets, the contact apologized for the new cleaning girl who is very new and inexperienced. 4) Place was advertised as having three bathrooms but only has 2.5 bathrooms in reality. It was not what we thought we paid for as we thought each bedroom's occupant's would have their own full bathroom. 5) Booking.com was sent photos of the dirty sheets, sink that wouldn't drain, and screenshots where three bathrooms were falsely advertised on their site. Despite multiple follow up messages, they failed to respond and kept closed the complaint with no action taken. 5) This house was advertised on Booking.com by another company called Evolve. While Evolve has an open ticket about my complaint, they have also been slow to respond and uncommunicative unless I proactively reach out to them. It's been two and half weeks since I checked out. The complaints started on day 1 of our week long rental. So over the course of three and a half weeks, neither Booking.com or Evolve has offered any resolution or restitution. Also, the original owner on whose behalf Evolve manages the property, is stingy in not keeping spare sets of bed sheets available on site for such emergencies. 6) Hesitant to ever book a place through Booking.com or Evolve ever again.

The home was clean and had everything we needed. We had a family of 6 adults , 2 children and a senior dog. One of the best rentals we've had and we travel alot. Our host Shelly was incredible, very informative and helpful which made our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Moab.

Loved it!

We loved that the place was clean. We had all that we needed! Close access to grocery and to the parks that we wanted to visit. We would love to come back definitely!

We thought that the house had 4 bedrooms honestly but this was not really a dislike more of maybe missed on our part

The home was clean and had everything we needed. We had a family of 6 adults , 2 children and a senior dog. One of the best rentals we've had and we travel alot.
