We did get moved to another room which was very nice. The 2nd room was very nice situated right on the beach. Overall the resort was very clean and it was the perfect location.
The first room had a slight problem but the staff were keen to help us.

The beach is clean and beautiful. rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was great. Definitely plan to return
Taxis are a bit expensive to the center, a shuttle would be nice, but not a deal breaker.
7 / 10Good·Sep 2026
Amazing location and lovely showers to clean off sand before you go back to your room. Staff are lovely and very attentive. The restaurant food is gorgeous but not cheap! Reception will do anything for you really love the can do attitude of the staff and managers.
Bathrooms in the room needed serious updating. The constant noise from construction and plumbing. Cocktails are lovely but not sure there is any alcohol in them. We still had a fabulous stay.

It’s a nice location and kept together
The showers in the rooms were not good, the pressure was changing. And it was right next to the toilet so the paper kept getting wet. Breakfast closes too early to enjoy an all inclusive.
