Stunning sea view from the inside of the apartment and the jacuzzi on the balcony. Flat was extraordinarily clean.
We didn’t see anyone physically, but had contact with Renia via WhatsApp. She was very responsive and gave lots of useful hints and tips (for food and food delivery for example). Cleaning every 2 days is also lovely. Renia reorganised the timing around our toddler’s nap, which is very kind. Initially there is no parking at the flat, but Renia also found a solution for this.
The electronic system needs getting used to, everything is connected and quickly becomes chaos if you don’t quite understand it.
Sitting on the sofa was a bit complex. The pillows aren’t stable and when you lean backwards, everything falls off the sofa.

Ideally located by the beach and close to the marina. Beautifully decorated and equipped and hot tub was fantastic

Stunning apartment of the highest quality. Everything seemed brand new. Very comfortable beds, and even the sofa bed which was made up was super comfy. I would've liked to stay longer - across a very busy road from a beach.
Very little in terms of choice of places to eat within walking distance. We were only there for one night following a cruise but it would've been nice to be able to go to a restaurant locally (beach restaurant across the road good for lunch) That said we were tired anyway and got take out!

The view and the location.
Poor communication with the staff , extremely high fee for services that you don’t get ..not treated well from the staff/host and bad customer experience.
