The hotel is centrally located near metro stops and within walking distance to the main attractions. The staff was very helpful in explaining everything. The breakfast was good, with local items rather than continental. The room was good too.
Nothing.

The room was not super large but it was very cozy and clean. It was very well equipped with television, frigobar, water heater and many toiletries. The staff was super kind and helped us search the itinerary until our next destination. The check-in and check-out were super fast and easy and we could leave our lugagge in the lobby before our check-in and after our check-out. The breakfast was great. The location is amazing, in a walking distance to Namba Street and Dotonbori.

The breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to try different things. Items changed daily which was good.
The shower was nice and hot.
We liked the drink vending machine on the ground floor ... nice and cheap.
Staff were all friendly and welcoming. We managed the language gap with their translation app.
The location was excellent and we got around very well on their amazing metro system.
The unexpected additional fee to stay there. The beds were hard, the rooms tiny but adequate.
