Good location and confortable place, you can go to different places walking, like dontobori and namba, train stations and bus stop also near.

This is a very standard Japanese business hotel. You get what you pay for and nothing else.
First, please note that although there are four subway stations nearby (Honmachi, Sakaisuji Honmachi, Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi), the hotel is right in the middle of them, so it is a small walk to whichever station you go - something to note if you are packing heavy bags.
The breakfast is nothing to write home about.
Finally, please note that due to a mistake on my part, I did not notice that the place I booked was a smoking room and ended up staying four nights on a very smelly room and was not allowed to change to a regular one. Pay attention when booking yours!
