Location was great. Trams buses and taxis all easy access. Listening to violin buskers immediately outside in the Arco della Pace was magical.
Friday night nightmare of loud thumping music outside our bedroom window until 2am, plus noisy for a further hour made for a sleepless night. This has been noted in guest’s reviews before. Take earplugs.
Very transactional and curt host. It is obviously a full rental with the bare minimum of cutlery ,crockery and kitchen tools.
On the last full day of our stay, the lift was out of action and also our next checkout day with a lot of luggage to take down the stairs. This apartment was booked primarily on the lift facility. No notice whatsoever about it being out of action or for how long. Even it it may have been an emergency, advisory message should have been sent. Again lack of advisory information happened to previous guests.
