The layout, variety of spaces, availability of beds, and location were all great. The large number of garbage and recycling bins available was a positive for a big group.
The refrigerators were both so weak that they couldn’t keep food cold. This is a major problem. There were dead moths everywhere. Having to bring your own linens is a bit of a pain. The sole air conditioning unit was inadequate for the house and barely functional. Water pressure for the showers was also weak.

The location was excellent. The view was fantastic you good see the water view from the 2nd floor. Everything was clean and tidy.
The kitchen was very clean they had a renovation I think
The 1st floor needs a renovation. When I first opened the door on the first day there was a nasty smell. The house wasn't opened for a few months. There was mould growing on one of the bedroom. There were cracks on the wall. Needs painting as well

great location and upstairs area was great. nice kitchen and living room with stunning views.
downstairs bathroom was quite dirty with dirty sheets left on one of the beds downstairs. the blankets provided where clearly very old and stained and did not look clean.
