The zipper to my tent did not work properly. I was in tent 6 and it was difficult to get closed.
Hated the sink. Could barely fit my hands under the water.
Didn’t have much in terms of a view.
It just felt like I had some trees and over growth in front of my tent.
You can only get breakfast and perhaps lunch. Portions felt small.

Beautiful staff. Breakfast is simple and lovely. Accomodation is clean, gorgeous and feels like a fun experience in itself. Gorgeous pool. Watching monkeys off of our balcony was truly a highlight of an our trip. The restaurants close by are also awesome with lovely staff and yummy food.
It was exactly as expected. I have nothing negative to comment about our experience,

Staying in a tent was a really interesting experience and a nice alternative to a traditional hotel room. The tent was clean and located right in the jungle, with a beautiful view. The pool area was also lovely, and the staff were very friendly and always happy to help.
Breakfast was delicious and served on the veranda in front of our tent. We even got to see monkeys in the jungle while having breakfast, which made it a special experience.
There are several nice restaurants nearby, some of which even offer free delivery or a free shuttle service.

Absolutely loved being surrounded by nature in our swanky glamping tents
The pool is beautiful and the staff are ever so helpful
Second time equally as good as the first
Loud talking neighbours on a couple of nights of our stay but not the resorts fault
