Perfectly clean, futuristic, I would recommend it.
Massive balcony, what do people use it for besides smoking? You could grill hot dogs or fish, but it probably gets used more often to smoke.
Host off site or hidden. Responds fast and courteously through messaging system.
Quiet location, not much noise inside or from street. Only two rooms. Other guests didn't come out, so it feels like you have the whole apt. to yourself.
Host let's you do laundry and provides drying racks. For free. Clothes dry really fast. Washing machine spins clothes super fast, so very little water is inside your clothes.
Not really what I didn't like, just more comments for background.
Perfectly appointed kitchen with all the necessary stuff.

Little rules around apt., but not usually for our benefit.
Need more reminders around apt. to take off shoes.
Directions include photos and text impossible to see on my phone. His walking directions take 10 minutes, mine take 5.
Google Maps gave me different directions. Memorize the building door and apt. door codes, then take almost any subway line to Gronland station, walk through the immigrant neighborhood on Gronlandsleirat st. East, 5 minute walk to Platous Gate st., go south, 1 minute walk, then you should see the apt. buildings and Rubina Ranas Gate st. Rubina Ranas is an alley. Bring your compass or download a compass app for your phone, if it has a Magnetoscope.
I think the directions he gives don't emphasize the multiculturalism of the neighborhood, which might be a marketing choice.
Bus 37 drops you off 2 minute walk from apt. Platform D at Jernbanetorget, direction Helsfyr, stop Toyengata.
I didn't memorize door codes. If I forget my phone, I will be stuck in the cold with no way to get back in.
Host gives keys and electronic tags, but foreigners need a little explanation in order to know how to use them. He would probably provide, if I bother him.

Great location near the train station and also to a metro station. Easy to walk to the Munch Museum and Opera House. Super clean and well equipped. The host was always reachable and willing to help.

Cramped bedroom, noisy neighbours outside, feeling like I was living in somebody else's house, common areas were too cruises to enjoy it.

The flat was clean and very cosy - a really nice terrace to relax if you wanted, with a lot of plants
Sharing a small flat with strangers and a toilet/bathroom was not a comfortable experience - the bedroom was too small for two guests
The host was very polite
