Unit good, but the pathway after you leave the hallway is pretty dark at night.

Close to the Gare, supermarket and easy walk to town for 69 year olds.

There was no dishwashing detergent and when we tried to contact the manager, there was no response. So washing up with handwashing liquid!

Re Booking Confirmation #480606724. I was unable to make contact with proprietors, phone number given did not connect and I had to stay in a 3 star hotel nearby. I am most unhappy about my inability to stay at this hotel 1 The address on the confirmation should have been Rue Pierre Dublineau 13, 37000 Tours not Place Pierre... 2 The ph # (+33 6 68 97 02 18 was rung by the Mecure Hotel reception nearby, a shopkeeper next door and myself and answered with a disconnected ring tone. No one answered the door and building was deserted. I would like a full refund.

1 The difficulty of making contact using the information on the Booking.Com confirmation which I had with me. 2 The fact that the hotel was hard to find - even a taxi driver sent me in the wrong direction from Tours Railway Station 3The building looked run down and was deserted. Local people (including the shop keeper next door) shared this 4I had received several emails from the Hotel but these were not helpful in gaining access to my booked room 5 I was not impressed when I arrived in Tours at 3pm from Bordeaux, on a very hot afternoon, to find myself out on the street and unable to access my booked, and confirmed accomodation. This was the low point of my holiday in France

Excellent host. Highly recommended

The host was helpful and solved our problem with the keys

Good basic accommodation for a short stay.

Centrally located a short walk from the station, the apartment had all the basics for a short stay. Great clothes drying rack !

The outlook was rather depressing onto a bleak courtyard. There weren't any cooking utensils provided.
