Johan welcomed us together with his dog Tiba. Both are super kind! The room is really comfortable designed and you feel immediately home. It is was very clean and you have everything that you need for a short stay: a comfy bed, good wifi, fridge, microwave, bathrobes, big shower, coffee machine, kettle. Also, you have the canal directly infront of your window where you could possibly jump in for example in summer. You could reach the inner city via bus and tram within ~45minutes. Also the breakfast was perfect! You get everything you need, presented in a cute picnic basket. We got a lot of bread variation, butter, marmelade, cheese, eggs, ham, joghurt, fresh fruits, typical netherland chocolate sprinkles.

A tranquil space away from the city. Johan is great. Did us a breakfast to take away on our last day as we had to leave early. Breakfast faultless. Must visit the windmill nearby so informative and lovely people

Absolutely amazing stay at Morpheus B&B. Met by Johan and Tiba (his dog). Shown around the houseboat, asked about breakfast then was guided on how to get to the local tram station, top service. Houseboat is located on a canal that was quite busy (the hot weather bringing out boat users) but wasn't noisy at all. Our room has air conditioning, large doors onto a deck outside, comfy bed and a huge TV for catching up on the UK news before adventuring for the day in beautiful Amsterdam. Breakfast basket in the morning was delivered just outside the room with fresh fruit juice, breads, eggs, cheesecake and fresh fruits
Nothing! Everything was just spot on
