Delusione totale.

Mio malgrado mi trovo costretto a recensire in maniera del tutto negativa l'appartamento in oggetto. Situato al primo piano di uno stabile che presenta una vistosa crepa nella facciata esterna. Appena entrati nel primo cancello abbiamo trovato fogliame e polvere in grande quantità. All'interno dell'appartamento abbiamo trovato sporco ovunque, dalle camera da letto fino a.dentro il frigorifero (allego foto esplicative). Credo che gli impianti siano del tutto fuori norma e quindi potenzialmente rischiosi per chi soggiorna, tanto è vero che abbiamo preferito dormire con la finestra della cucina aperta poiché il "sensore" (non so rilevatore dei fumi o dei gas) continuava a suonare. Segnalato al P.D.C., in maniera serafica, mi ha detto di staccarlo. Passiamo alla questione pulizie. Trovati veri e propri "gatt" di polvere sotto i letti, lenzuola sporche con macchie non meglio identificate, polvere in grande quantità ovunque. La cucina era in uno stato pietoso così come il frigo ed il freezer. Il bagno ci ha accolto con un forte odore di fogna e la lavatrice situata al suo interno perde dallo scarico. Le finestre sono ad un solo e sottilissimo vetro tanto è vero che di notte è difficile riposare a causa dei rumori esterni che si sentono tranquillamente. Le porte all'interno hanno gli inserti in vetro che si reggono grazie a dello scotch. Della questione pulizie è stato informato il P.D.C. il quale ha riferito che probabilmente ci doveva essere stato un problema con l la Signora delle pulizie e che l'appartamento non era stato pulito da circa un mese, ma credo che dalla quantità di sporco rimosso, le pulizie non venivano effettuate da mesi. NON FATEVI INGANNARE DALLE FOTO.

Lo stato dell’abitazione serramenti vecchi per nulla termici e tenuta rumore rovinati e col la strada non si poteva chiudere occhio! Prese staccate dal muro penzolanti e rischiose per la sicurezza ! Vasca antigienica ! Ingresso spaventoso
