About this house rental
Villa of 72 M² that can accommodate you in our property in Cébazan between sea and mountains in the heart of the AOC Saint-Chinian and Languedoc wines.
The architecture of this accommodation does not allow for people with reduced mobility.
This villa is non-smoking and equipped with:
a heating/air conditioning system
a fully equipped kitchen with dining table
a living room with digital TV
Wi-Fi internet access
of two bedrooms
a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.
The swimming pool, which can be used from mid-March to the end of November, is uncovered during the summer and can be covered and heated (water at least 26°C).
Parking is available inside the property.
At the time of booking, you can opt for Bed linen and towel rental.
These services are additional services on request:
Full bed linen: 10 € / bed per change
Towels: 10 € / person per change (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 pool towel)
Upon reservation and depending on availability, it is possible to have a cot for a child and/or a high chair for a child. For a family of 2 Adults + 1 baby we have the villa "Grenache" in the same property

Nous étions logé dans la villa "Maury", cinq personnes dont quatre adultes et un enfant de 12 ans. Le cadre est vraiment confortable, les propriétaires très gentils et discrets bien qu'ils logent juste en face.
Nous avions déjà apprécié l 'accueil au téléphone lorsque nous nous informions des modalités locatives. Le contrat a été vite envoyé et la confiance a été de mise dès le premier contact.
La cerise sur le gâteau, les propriétaires nous ont mis une bouteille de vin dans le réfrigérateur et disposé des œufs de pâques dans une corbeille au salon en guise de bienvenue, cette attention nous a beaucoup émue, mais ce n'est pas tout, le lendemain (dimanche), tous les locataires étaient conviés à dîner chez les propriétaires (et surtout à leurs propres frais).
Lou Daro, c'est un très bon cadre pour tous ceux qui cherchent à décompresser, qui aiment la nature, qui fuient le brouhaha des villes, et qui veulent s'amuser avec leurs gamins car à Lou Daro, il existe une piscine couverte bien chauffée en hiver, où parents et enfants trouvent leur bonheur.
Un seul mot : "N'hésitez pas à aller y faire un séjour".

Très bon accueil. Maison vraiment très bien équipée et avec goût. Calme et point de départ pour de nombreuses visites de la région (Carcassonne,Minerve, Narbonne, Jardin St Adrien: jardin préféré des Français!..etc..Adresse à retenir.

Accueil de qualité, idéal avec enfants, température piscine minimum 26°, excellentes prestations des logements (conforme aux photos). Note 4/5 car par principe, nous ne mettons jamais 5/5 ;-)
