Extremely disappointing and expensive for what you receive

It is very close to the Palais de Festival so a great location

The property is extremely tired, it needs total refurbishment. Single room is very small, no wardrobe only a clothes rail which is not stable. The window handle was broken, the curtain rail fell to the floor during the night. The curtains are see through so light comes through right through the night and early morning. The double bedroom has no window, very claustrophobic. The apartment floors were very dusty/dirty. Beds were ok, pillows awful, not enough hand towels. It advertises that toiletries are supplied- they omit to say it’s only enough for one day! No full length mirror

Studio with a great location.

The first impresion of the apartment is pretty bad but give it a day and you will see that you are in a most practical place in cannes. Very close to the beach, on the shopping street, above the most popular bars. The studio has a fully functioning kitchen which is needed in expensive cannes.

The studio that we were situated in is very small for a family and has no balcony. The parking is great but there is no option for using your car to visit other cities because it is in the center and getting out of cannes and back in busy hours is very problematic - there is the train station veey close to the apattment as an option for this.

Very comfortable and cosy.

Comfortable and gives you the authentic European style type of apartment.

The only issue was that there was no hand soap. :(

Y pertenecía a hotel Florian .

un bon accueil, quartier formidable, accessible a pied, restaurants a proximité, visite touristique a pied, plage juste a coté, rien a dire.
