Good location, nice area. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely view from the bedrooms onto the Church.

Clear check-in instructions, central location, kettle available, clean and comfortable.
The price was clearly overrated. For €145.45 a night you can easily find a 3-star hotel in the centre of Paris. For this money you still have to complete the online check-in yourself. You are required to pay the tourist tax (Kurabgabe) by bank transfer (in 30 years of intensive travelling this is the first time I’ve encountered this). Extremely inconvenient. Strict check-in at 15.00 pm (strictly not earlier) and check-out times at 10 pm. No possibility to leave luggage after check-out.

The accommodation was great, I received all the information in the message and everything works very well. The common corridors are clean. The single room was quite large, clean and quiet. There were a lot of charging stations in the room. The location is calm and quiet. It is about 6 minutes walk to the Neue Markt (city center, restaurants) and 4 minutes to the Edeka store.
The guesthouse does not provide luggage storage, the storage is at the train station where there are a lot of lockers for storing luggage, which is good.
There was a shoehorn in the room, which is almost nowhere else.
I would also like to highlight the excellent water pressure in the shower, I really like it, it was better than at home.
