We liked the view, the excellent Internet connection, the easy walk into the centre of the village and the waterfront.
The floors under the beds were not clean. Upstairs made a lot of noise a couple of times during the late evening (2300+) and early morning (0600), as if moving furniture, cleaning or making alterations.

Lovely spacious apartment that was well thought out and had everything you wanted. Lovely views and in a quiet location.
The pool did not allow inflatables and balls etc. This didn't hugely affect us, but our son was a little disappointed. We did however have the pool empty on several occasions so that was fun, but it might be a bit of disappointment for some families and could have been highlighted more.
If you don't have a car, it was a bit of a walk to the lagoon, but more than doable.

We have been to this Complex many times but this time the Outside Grounds have NOT been maintained as they were.
The Palm Trees as well as others need Trimming , the Grassy areas have not been Irrigated and have gone Brown. All in All it spoils the whole effect.
The Swimming Pool area has been taken over so that is Residents do not have Sole use anymore.
