It is spacious, good layout. Could be a nice place if it was updated, I didn’t mind the run down part nearly as much as

Spacious, the pool was good, quick access to the beach

It is very run down, it is filthy, carpet is nasty, ceiling is filthy, no stopper for kitchen sink, jetted tub only works if u keep the button held down. Patio door was so filthy it was black. Knobs missing from dressers. Unfortunately , I didn’t inspected the iron before I used it and ruined a brand new shirt, iron was black with gunk! No hangers.

The stay was great!

The location is perfect! The access to the beach is so quick and easy. The space was a great size!

The room with the queen bed needs curtains over the blinds since the outside bulding hallway light stays on for others to see but it shine through pretty bright at night.

Location was excellent!

Wish the kitchen had more cookware/utensils

It was great to be so close to the beach. The pool was very convenient.

Two condos were rented: 502 was decent, however had strange layout. 402 was ill equipped and needed more maintenance (broken chair, peeling paint, closet door broken, empty cabinets in kitchen, etc)
