Great location in Valletta.
Bedrooms very nice and beds comfy.
Overall a very nice and very large apartment- plenty of space.
1/Water was very hot on lower floors but shower on top floor was only lukewarm at best.
2/Would have been nice to have crockery/ cups/ glasses/ cutlery for 8 adults ( the number of adults who could stay) plus extra children’s bowls / cutlery for children if staying). We had to use children’s crockery as not enough adult bowls etc for the 7 of us. Toaster didn’t work.
3/Tried to contact owner via B.Com messaging x2, phone ( left voicemail) and email asking whether could leave luggage after checkout till later in day. We thought may be possible if no guests arriving that day. Did not receive a reply at all. We just needed to know one way or another.

In centre of Valletta, best position! Big house, enough space for 8 people. 3 bathrooms. Air condition is in all bedrooms. There is a lot of stairs in the house, so it is not suitable for old people. The house is very charming, althow, the beds are not very wide, only one bed is double (180), others are probably 140. There is a new washing machine in the top floor.
There were some cockroaches, owner has to do something about it. We googled, they are common in Malta. A photo of a terrace is AI picture. The real terrace is not renewed, and some chairs are broken. There is not enough chairs for 8 people, so we had to bring some chairs from living room. Bed covers are double, it would be better 2 singles.

Location perfect for exploring Valletta. Beautiful building set in lovely narrow streets. Air conditioning was very welcome.
It needs a little bit of updating. More pillows. New kettle, toaster to name but a few.
