This home was perfect for our family getaway! The location is perfect, the views are incredible, the private beach was so easy to access. The sand is compacted down for easy walkability. You could walk out in the shallow water forever! The community pool was very nice. We would stay again in a heartbeat! The two tables in the main level allowed plenty of room for crafting and eating. The outdoor furniture on the deck was comfortable, and more time was spent there than in the downstairs living area with the sofa. I marked 4 stars on cleanliness because we found some mouse poop in a corner and had to clean it. This is bound to happen in a home out in nature. Because we had 3 toddlers with us, it was stressful for a bit while we tried to keep two of them away from it. I am putting it in the review not to knock the owners or location but to prepare other families so you can do a quick house sweep before the littles are let loose. This was the only cleanliness issue. It was very clean and well cared for. Communication with the host was also fabulous, and there is plenty of parking.

The home is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake, about a mile from the private beach. The beach is huge and sandy, and the lake is shallow for quite a distance from the beach. We cared a lot about beach access and were very pleased for our large group including several young children. The property was nicely described, though it's worth noting that the big bunk bed room is open in a loft area and thus gets light early because of large windows around the house. Also, the beds squeak, though people loved the mattresses. Still, it was a bit difficult to sleep with lots of squeaking beds as people stirred in their sleep. Great eating area and kitchen. Wonderful patio with a good amount of seating.

Great location for a family an extended family vacation near beautiful Bear Lake Utah. The home was beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 23. The host was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 19 loved everthing about this beautiful facility, especially all being under one roof and able to all eat together and play games on the great kitchen & FR two long tables, each with chairs for ten--plus 10 bar stools!
