Our Chalethaus-Chiemsee was completed in Prien in August 2019. Spanning two floors, it features a ground-floor vacation apartment with 146 square meters of living space (max. 6 guests) and an upper-floor apartment with 120 square meters (max. 5 guests)—both designed to leave nothing to be desired and rated five stars by the German Tourism Association. This property is unique in Prien in terms of both size and amenities.

In collaboration with the architects and the Munich-based Home Staging Agency (experts in home staging and interior design consulting), two lovingly furnished oases of comfort were created, which remain pleasantly cool in the summer thanks to underfloor cooling and controlled ventilation, and pleasantly warm in the winter thanks to an eco-friendly heat pump.
