L’emplacement est au top, avec une vue direct sur les spots de surf, la plage juste à coté et des restaurants de qualité juste en bas.
Il n’y a quasi aucun vis-à-vis, ce qui fait la plus value de ce logement.

You walk up that hill and those stairs and the exhaustion of it all is completely forgotten when you look out at that view! Simply phenomenal!
For what you pay this place is beyond worth it- its got character and the staff are brilliant
My only real suggestion would be a some slightly more comfy beds
Again just the beds and a washing machine would have been stellar but otherwise it was magic. Thank you all for such a lovely stay!

Since it is a penthouse the view from the apartment was amazing. we could see Kata beach, The Big Buddha on top of the mountain. Sunset was just super. Overall this property is excellent for its view. It has a very small private pool and good shaded outdoor seating. It was cleaned everyday and linens changed every other day. Water bottles were complimentary. There are 2 electric hobs, fridge, freezer, basic kitchen amenities. Aircon in both the rooms. Staff was also helpful.
Location of the property is great. Its 5 mins walk to the beach. Market is also there.
It is a penthouse on the second floor and there is no lift. The steps are also very narrow and are outdoors. So when it rains you have to be very careful. Wouldn’t recommend with young kids and if you have lots of luggage. We went as a family and had lots of luggage and also it was monsoon season. There are ensuite in bathrooms in both rooms but they are all glass doors. Not comfortable if travelling with family.
The access to the property is very steep.
