Everything!!
Room service didn’t go in my room at least to get rid of trash the entirety of my stay, BUT everything else was 10/10

The location
Dirty in Lobby.
I was over charged for 1 night.
Service lady at desk was new. Terminal pad for charging was not working correctly.
Someone went behind her and added more charges.
Sink slow draining. Dryer for hair was so sticky and dirty.
