Sehr gute Lage
Traumhafte Lage, aber großer Verbesserungsbedarf – Erstattung über Booking.com nötig
Unsere Urlaubswoche an der Ostsee hatte Höhen und Tiefen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, allerdings hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung unseren Gesamteindruck massiv geschmälert.
Mängel während des Aufenthalts:
Sauberkeit & Zustand: Der Boden bei unserer Ankunft war spürbar sandig und fühlte sich nicht gründlich gereinigt an.
Keine Kindersicherheit: Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist die Wohnung ungeeignet, da die Steckdosen über keinerlei Kindersicherung verfügen.
Nächtliche Lärmbelästigung: Unter der Wohnung befindet sich eine Pizzeria. Bis mindestens 23:00 Uhr war es jeden Abend extrem laut – vor allem durch das geschäftige Wegräumen der Tische und Stühle auf der Terrasse.
Technischer Mangel: An einem Tag hatten wir komplett kein warmes Wasser.
Ungebetener Besuch: Zu allem Überfluss hatten wir während des Aufenthalts auch noch ungebetenen Gast (Ungeziefer) in der Wohnung.
Kundenservice & Abwicklung:
Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unseren Beschwerden: Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme schlichtweg nicht reagiert. Wir mussten den Vorfall samt Fotobeweisen direkt an Booking.com melden. Erst über den Support von Booking.com haben wir schließlich eine Erstattung erhalten.
Die Ostsee ist immer eine Reise wert, aber diese Unterkunft können wir absolut nicht empfehlen. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an den Kundenservice von Booking.com für die reibungslose Hilfe – vom Vermieter selbst war leider keinerlei Einsicht oder Gastfreundschaft zu spüren.
