This house, with its 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen and resort-like back yard. The swimming pool’s huge waterfall is pleasing to both see and hear. There is a large granite and natural stone-covered barbecue for all you cooking needs. The fire pit provides an inviting ambiance for a chilly evening.
This house has it all! Whether you’re looking for temporary housing while searching for a new home in Arizona or needing temporary housing for the out of town on a work contract, this is the place to be. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open floor plan kitchen/family room/dining room.
The house is furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay like it was your own home: queen-sized beds in each room, a kitchen fully stocked with all the appliances, pots & pans, coffee maker, etc.
We take pride in keeping the house extra clean upon your arrival as well as provide extra sheets, blankets, and towels.
In addition, we do not live too far away and are always around if you need anything, even if it’s just a recommendation on how to spend the day. Feel free to call us anytime.
**All pets must be approved by owner prior to booking**
No pets allowed in pool.
Pool Heating Fee (October - May):
$30 per day

Great property in the convenient location in Phoenix suburb of Mesa. This area provides great opportunities for local sightseeing - Apache Trail with Canyon Lake boat tour (Dolly), Goldfield Ghost Town, hiking in Superstitious if not too hot (it was too hot in July), and Phoenix attractions such as Desert Botanical Gardens and Boardwalk to name some. It is very well developed with easy access to stores. The house was very spacious for our family of 5. The communications with the hosts were great - they are very responsive and live in the area, providing assistance if needed (we got some help with the pool operation). Of note - the pool options were outstanding! It is really a resort style as advertised, and it was a total hit for the kids who spent every evening of our stay swimming.

This was a beautiful property, and was as described in the listing! The backyard and pool/spa, seating areas, grill etc. were excellent and very clean. The home had everything we needed for a stay. The check in process was smooth and communication was clear from the owner, Brian. He was accessible for any questions we had, as this was our first time staying at a vrbo for a vacation. We would definitely stay here again!
