Do not risk your health or waste your money here. The landlord is neglectful, the apartment is toxic, and it is entirel

Avoid This Place: Expensive, Unsanitary, and Completely Misrepresented Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Stay Duration: 1 Month Location: Bologna (Far from the city center) I recently stayed in this apartment for a full month, and it was hands down the worst rental experience I have ever had. For the premium, expensive price being charged, you would expect a clean, functional space. Instead, this apartment is a health hazard and located nowhere near the actual city center of Bologna. ⚠️ Major Issues Encountered: • Severe Mold & Excessive Humidity: Because a portion of this apartment is built underground, it acts like a damp bunker. The air is incredibly heavy, and there is active black mold growth on the walls. • Disgusting & Moldy Humidifier: When I complained about the suffocating dampness, the hosts simply told me to use the provided humidifier. To my horror, the inside of the machine was caked in mold itself, meaning turning it on would have just blown toxic spores straight into the air. • Zero Natural Light: There is absolutely no sunshine entering the apartment. Living here for a month felt completely depressing, as you are trapped in total darkness all day. • Dirty Conditions & Leftover Trash: The apartment was not properly cleaned before my arrival. Worse yet, the property was cluttered with trash and random used items left behind by previous tenants or the owners that they simply refused to throw away. Do not be fooled by the listing—this property is located far away from the Bologna city center, making commuting frustrating and costly. Given the terrible living conditions, the price is an absolute rip-off.

Great location, everything you need

Location was great

9 / 10

Close to station, public transport and morning coffee and corneto places.

Nice location. Heating worked very well. The coffee capsules left made the first morning even better. Beds and wardrobe were very generously sized.

I had to post a picture of myself to check in.

9 / 10

Would recommend, perfect for a short stay.

The property was in a really good location, it was a walking distance from the Bologna Centrale, the town centre and all the necessary facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped.

I’d say the bathroom could be potentially improved - shower was functional, though there was a small spot of mildew that could use some attention.
