About this apartment rental
A pretty, quiet 60m2 apartment reserved for a maximum of 4 people, the best location in the residence, on the 3rd and last floor (without noisy neighbors above so that you can rest better during your holidays), with lift and FREE COVERED parking, private and secure. Stay full south on park, swimming pool and pine forest. Bed linen provided in high summer season (Fitted sheets, sheets, duvets, pillows and pillowcases), payable the rest of the year at Loclinge. 3 rooms including 2 large bedrooms, tastefully decorated to make you feel at home! In a secure residence with a very large swimming pool (generally open from mid May to the end of September, dates to be confirmed), quiet and facing the Pines, ideally located: 600m from the beach (10 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike) and of all its nautical activities (surfing, sailing...), pine forest, near Lake Tanchet, SPA-Thalasso, Casino des Pins, Zoo, all activities for children (kart, cycle path, tennis,... .). Aqualude, 2 minutes by car. In order to supply you hypermarkets and traders / craftsmen 1km including one 7/7d. Quality bedding, comfortable, Bultex with mattress protectors in the 2 bedrooms, Adult (160x200), and a separate bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, Duvets and pillows provided, Toilet and bathroom are separated, Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, combined microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Tassimo), Washing machine. A secure private garage + a large terrace with an electric awning for greater comfort. Free Wifi (not accessible in the children's room), NO NEED FOR 4G. Reserved for families with children. Household linen (hand towel, bath towel and tea towel) NOT provided. Animals strictly prohibited. NON SMOKERS. It must be returned as clean as received. If cleaning is necessary to accommodate the next tenants, 80 euros will be deducted from the deposit.

Tout était au top dans cet appartement très bien équipé ! À proximité des plages et des commerces tout en étant au calme et face à la pinède. Piscine très propre et chauffée.
Propriétaires très disponibles et très accueillants.
