The private apartment was spacious, and the mattress was comfortable. Overall, it was clean, although the bathroom corners could have been cleaner. It was useful to have some basic cutlery provided, and the apartment was quiet at night, with very little outside noise (beside the water pump issue I raise below). The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
We knew there was no lift, but we received a text saying staff could help with our luggage. Unfortunately, when we asked for help at check-in, nobody assisted us.
The plumbing was a major issue. Every time someone flushed a toilet (across the 3rd floor), the entire apartment shook like an earthquake, even at 4 am.
The apartment also needs maintenance. The sink was detached from the wall when we arrived. We reported it, but despite the staff acknowledging the issue, it remained unfixed after seven days (when we left)

It is close to everything and we enjoyed walking many places
Cleanliness, the cracked plates, room service not done daily and when done it was not done properly. Their room service doesn’t even include washing the dishes 😏.
