Emplacement exceptionnel avec garage, alentours et immeuble moderne et bien entretenu. Personnel très courtois par message.
L'appartement aurait besoin d'un nettoyage general, soda à changer, armoire où il manque un tiroir, les lits n:étaient pas prêts, odeur d'égouts dans le corridor de l'immeuble,vaisselle sale...

L'appartement se situe dans un nouveau développement à Annecy près du lac. Il est très bien situé et on peut tout faire à pied. Annecy est un endroit fort agréable à visiter. Le lac est magnifique et le vieux Annecy est charmant. L'appartement possède une belle terrasse, une cuisine bien équipée et deux chambres confortables.

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage im Gebäude. Alles vorhanden, was nötig ist.

Hezký výhled, krásná terasa, slušná kuchyň, dobré spaní
Velký problém s parkováním, ačkoliv bylo v ceně. Slečna nám vůbec neurčila garáž, která k apartmánu náležela. S tím nastaly velké problémy, museli jsme parkovat na chodbě, kde nám někdo neustále poškozoval auto (ze tří stran poškrábané, na oknech nalepená oboustranná izolepa, zvednuté stěrače). Problémy byly i s výjezdem, protože jsme obdrželi pouze k jedné bráně, ale byly tam dvě, takže jsme museli čekat až někdo pojede. Dále byl nedostatek toaletního papíru, v kuchyni chyběly papírové ubrousky, sůl, cukr, což ve čtyřhvězdičkovém apartmánu by mělo být standardní.
