The location was great close to beaches and park nearby the view was amazing in the suite check in was no hassle. Scooters available to travel quite a distance but Uber pretty cheaper
Ok in a suite I expected a microwave but was told microwaves aren't available to guests. Had issues witb the bedding no fitting sheet just flat sheet over a mattress cover with a blanket if youre a person sensitive to textures it'll drive you crazy. No extra roll of toilet paper.

I really appreciated the desk clerk doreen. It took my husband and I about forty five minutes to figure out where to park, and we were very frustrated. When we got there and doreen, I asked her if I had a oceanfront view, she said, no, but she would change that. For me, and I appreciated that so much because it was such a bad day, and my birthday was the following friday, and she really made my day, and I would definitely go back
Be, your parking is very bad. You need to light up the sign. You also need to state where to turn to park. Because it makes no sense to somebody visiting
So you do need directions on your website where to park. And then where the hotel is

Location and value for money
Quick response to maintenance issues
The rooms were not cleaned daily and required some maintenance which could have been avoided if the staff were observant. The breakfast was bare minimum with limited choices.

Great location and great ocean view. Good coffee in the morning but zero protein to choose from being on a Carnivore diet lifestyle.
The room shows its age and lacks major maintenance. Carpet needs replacement or should be regularly shampooing. Bathroom tile grout was dirty and floor was slippery. The mattress was comfortable but bedsheets had some stains and you do not get an extra sheet but only have a low quality brown color blanket.
On our first night of 4, we asked the front desk for clothes hangers since there was none in the closet and a hair dryer. Those never came even though we were reasured it would be delivered. We just gave up. On our first full day in San Juan, when we got back to our room that evening, our door card did not work and had to be reprogrammed at the front desk on the second floor. The next evening coming back to the room, the door card did not work again. Had to go back down again to reprogrammed. We did not allow the experience to ruin our vacation. We can understand the aging signs of the room but we only ask keeping it clean. 4 months ago we stayed at Trieste, Italy for the same amount of nights but was 35% less money and was a 10 out of 10 hotel.
