Very friendly and helpful stuff, beautiful terrace with pool and location in a more quiet part of medina

Super top customer service, nothing was too much trouble
The noise orher guests make but that is no fault of the host whatsoever.

Nice clean place
Staff communication wasn’t great plus had to walk to Riad with young children as no cars can get through

Beautiful riad in an excellent location. The rooftop swimming pool is a wonderful feature. The room was nice, and the food available for lunch and dinner was tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, the riad has a lot of potential and a lovely atmosphere.
Noise was the biggest issue. We were asked to speak more quietly in our room despite having normal conversations, while guests arriving throughout the night disturbed our sleep with the loud doorbell and conversations downstairs. The room had no windows and poor ventilation. The bathroom sink was poorly designed, with water constantly spilling onto our cosmetics. There was a shower curtain at the bathroom entrance, but strangely, no curtain in the actual shower. Breakfast was the same every day, laundry and iced coffee were surprisingly expensive, and our room was not cleaned the day before checkout.
