Staff was nice : as hotel was not full, they upgraded the room form a 4 bed one to a 5 bed one, a bit larger.
Loby, restaurant and bar are quite fancy to have a drink or rest. and everything was exactly as announced. Comfort, equipment, all working well

Beautiful space. Quiet area despite being so close to the main Akihabara shops. Rooms were also very clean and spacious.

The staff were welcoming and provided a quick check in process. We had the interconnecting rooms for my family of 5 which was equipped with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We were given a mid stay clean and could get clean towels every day if needed. The location was in a quiet street and only a 7min walk to the train station that connected us to everywhere we needed. Family Mart was located about 30 meters away so very convenient. The hotel included a restaurant so you can eat on the premises and get free coffee until 2pm. I would definitely stay here again.
Tea and coffee in the rooms would have been great. It had all the equipment to make a hot drink but only matcha provided so we just bought our own.

The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked for a new pillow I was told none were available.
One day I ordered the American breakfast and everything was cold, including the bacon, eggs and hash browns. When I took it back to the staff and asked for a hot breakfast they looked annoyed.
