The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean with well equipped facilities, and room lighting was also nice.
We were on the 3rd floor and there was a sky bar on the 4th one. The noise wasn't that bad, we could hear the foot step from time to time

The location is very good and within walking distance from everything. The room was also very spacious and comfy bed.
Breakfast options are quite limited, you only get three options to choose feom each morning and unless you want rice, it’s the same egg dish - so a bit more variation wouldn’t hurt.
The rooms smell like sewer. I had roaches in my room so had to change, but the smell was also present there.
When you’re in the room when cleaning comes they seem very confused and don’t what to do, so for two days noone emptied my trash nor wiped the floors as they couldn’t understand I asked them to do it so I just let it be.

Good location.
Cold water. I spoke to them at the reception twice. I was asked to run water for 5 mins. I ran it for 10 mins and nothing o wasted water and i didn’t get hot water. I stayed at room number 122 on the first floor.
