Friendliness of staff. Car park facilities. Cleanliness of room.
Shower was tricky to get correct temperature.
Room needed an inside lock such as a bolt or chain.
Very nosy road and room was adjacent to main door of hotel so lots of noise there too. It seemed that the door entrance to room was not insulated or double glazed which would have helped minimise noise.
