Breakfast was one of the highlights — absolutely yummy! What a spread! Excellent variety, fresh preparation and delicious food with plenty of choices.
The ₹599 buffet dinner is fantastic value for money, especially with four non-vegetarian varieties along with a great selection of other dishes. The quality and taste of the food were superb.
Staff members are professional, courteous and attentive.

A bit of bad smell near car park. Needs some attention.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Flora Charishma Residency, Aluva, and I must say it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism by the front office team. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, making me feel valued as a guest.
The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, the linen was fresh, and all the amenities were thoughtfully arranged. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, ensuring the room remained spotless and comfortable every day.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering plenty of choices to suit different preferences. Every meal I had was served promptly, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist.
The location of the hotel is another major advantage. It is conveniently situated in Aluva with easy access to the airport, railway station, metro, and major business areas, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers.
What truly sets Flora Charishma Residency apart is its outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for guests are truly commendable.
Overall, I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend Flora Charishma Residency, Aluva to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I visit Aluva. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. A well-deserved 10/10!

Nice boutique style property. Clean rooms, excellent restaurant that was well priced with good food. We got room service. Nice front desk staff, especially the late night guy. Quiet stay slept well.
It’s a bit older so electrical plug options were super limited. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom. Also air conditioning does not reach the bathroom so we were sweating inside there. Also a little far from the city center so we Uber’ed into the shopping area but would stay by the strip next time. Thanks for the stay!
