Location was great for the purpose of my visit, staff are friendly and attentive to all kinds of requests, lobby area is spacious and convenient to get done various writing assignments, and the new great experience during this particular stay was that I could get to use the spacious ironing room, which I needed very much for what ever the reason! The climate during the week I stayed had exceptionally hot weather (38-40C!) and the hotel made available a tank of chilled mint tea, frozen popcicles etc to help the guests stay as cool as possible. Such attention for customer care was highly appreciated!
Mostly very pleasant experience, but, if I could be super demanding, I would have liked easier temperature control (?) for the room... (Maybe, I wasn't doing it correctly, but, aircon happened to be a bit too cold! I wanted to turn down the temperature a bit, but, it didn't work, and ironically for the excessive heat wave outside, I caught cold! I should have asked someone to come up and help me to switch off the aircon, but, it was a bit too late, when I realised that I got cold, it's my fault!)

This hotel is in very strategic location for travelling to Bayreuth. The staff was helpful and very nice, certainly beyond what is typical. I really recommend purchasing the breakfast, that was a feast of my dreams.
Can't think of anything.
