It’s an area «outside» of the central area. It’s quiet ,but still not so far. With an electric ride you get there fast. It’s clean, the owner was helpful. Even when I had an issue with water tap that wouldn’t stop the water. But they solved it fast!
Not in the main central area, but it’s works good for me.
The WiFi dongles should be replaced, cause it’s not stable.

Perfect location .Host super friendly and helpful 👌.We'll equipped. Great idea with broadband as its a kind of small stick you can take everywhere with you to town or trip around for your private wi-fi access.
