Great location - a few minutes walk to Singil station; a few stops away from Yeouido park; quiet. WiFi worked well. Included breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. It’s clean. Free filtered water 24hrs.
They turn the coffee machine off at 10am. My last day they turned it off earlier. As mentioned in many comments, the elevators are slow. There are 4 but they all run independently, meaning each has its own button. This is why it’s slow and why elevators stop on every floor. You have to push all 4 or risk waiting longer if you don’t.

This hotel is amazing! We arrived very early in the morning, around 3 a.m., and were warmly greeted by the reception staff. Despite the late hour, our check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
We booked two rooms for our family of four, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Fresh towels were provided every day, which was a nice touch.
The buffet breakfast was also generous, with a great selection of Korean local dishes as well as Western options. There was something for everyone, and we really enjoyed starting our mornings with breakfast at the hotel.
One thing that really impressed us was the service. During check-out, we asked the reception if we could leave some of our luggage with them as we were heading to Busan for four days. To our delight, they said yes! It was especially helpful because we had booked another stay with this hotel when we returned to Seoul.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of two subway stations and Lotte Department Store. There are also plenty of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for travelers.
The rooms are quite small, and there is no proper cabinet or wardrobe for storing clothes, so we had to keep most of our belongings in our luggage.
Another small downside is that the TV channels are mostly local Korean channels, with no Netflix or YouTube available. This wasn't a major issue for us since we spent most of our time exploring Seoul, but it would have been nice to have some streaming options to relax with after a long day.

The price was very good. I just needed a hotel in Seoul for my last night in Korea, and since my flight was scheduled for late at night, it was much cheaper to book 2 nights and leave the hotel at 7PM. It was cheaper than paying for late checkout that allowed me to stay only until 2PM...
The area is far away from anything. The metro station - Line 5 is like 10 minutes walk and is quite accessible even when you have luggage with you. However, if you need to access Line 1, is super far away.
Specifically for the room, I knew that it is super small, but I was expecting it to be cleaner - there were some blood stains on the bed...

For the price it's okay, the hotel is old but it has what you need to be relatively comfortable for a couple of nights, nothing spectacular. Metro nearby.
Poor breakfast, not adapted for foreigners, not even a fork, very Korean, with little variety of food and drinks. the room is small. The bathroom is somewhat inconvenient because the hand faucet and the shower are like the same pipe, and you have to keep pressing a switch to change one from the other.
