The Ponderosa is located in downtown Enterprise. It was an easy walk to several cute stores and places to eat. There was a Mule parade downtown when we were there!
I don’t generally like motels with rooms with outside access. In this case, it was fine.

The location was good, the person who checked us in was very pleasant, and the room was very quiet and comfortable. We would indeed stay here again, should the opportunity arise.

Our room was a little beat up, extra door lock was broken, hole in an interior door, but the room was spotless. It was roomy and quiet, but nothing special. Ample towels were provided as well as a single cup coffee maker.
Outside upkeep could have been better: sweeping outside of room entrances and tidying up. Breakfast was underwhelming, but we appreciated the ample supply of fresh coffee and took a couple of packaged food choices for the road until we could stop along the way for a proper breakfast.

No breakfast to speak of.
There has been no obvious maintenance since the property was sold.
