About this bed and breakfast
Beautiful spotlessly CLEAN 2 bedroom (one King, one Queen both with river view and walkout to patio) 1 bath full kitchen cabin with White River frontage. Rate is $200 per night. Close to Bull Shoals lake, Lake Norfork ,Flippin, Cotter and an hour drive to Branson. Also short driving distance to the Buffalo River and Crooked Creek for kayaking and world class Smallmouth Bass fishing. Have your trout guide pick you up at your back door! Hardwood and tile floors, covered deck overlooking the river, large bathroom with tub and shower. Each bedroom and the Livingroom/kitchen have separate AC/Heat control. The bedrooms and bath are downstairs. Granite countertops, Weber gas grill, firepit, WiFi. Electric outlet in driveway for charging boat batteries. Washer/dryer. Quiet location on end of blacktop road but close to shopping. The rental is part of the owners home, it is on the far right end of the home as viewed from the river. Fully private and separate entry and extensive soundproofing to ensure privacy. BEST reviews of any property in the area!

This tucked away gem is a perfect get away spot. My husband and I had a great time fishing, enjoying watching the river go by and listening to the sounds of nature. The hosts have been beyond AMAZING. The description of the property on VRBO doesn’t do it justice. It’s so much more cozy,CLEAN, bigger and perfect. We’ve been coming to the White River for over 35 years and this is by far the most beautiful place we’ve stayed. This WILL be OUR spot for the rest of our visits to Flippin,Arkansas and the White River.

We had a lovely visit... The property is 2 levels... kitchen and living room are upstairs and the bedrooms and bath are ground level with doors leading out to yard. There are stairs to get down to the dock from the yard. The kitchen is well set up if you want to cook. Gas grill on deck on upper level. There is a washer and dryer in the bigger bedroom. The owners live on site and were so helpful with suggestions as to places to eat and activities in area.

This property is great and the host are very helpful and kind. If you want a peaceful location on the White River this is it. The home is gorgeous
