The location and the view
The entrance was a bit crowded if there were more than about two people and their luggage

Excellent hotel with top-notch service! The location is very strategic, with a metro station nearby and plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shopping around the Gran Vía area. The rooftop view of Madrid was absolutely fantastic. Especially beautiful for enjoying the city sunset. Breakfast menu wonderful. A very convenient and enjoyable stay!

The location was good. Close to several metro stops and walkable to many historic sites.
The service at the rooftop bar was horrible. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom, and the housekeeping service was not very good.
