great little space to chill out and escape in. Felt super safe. Great room, everything is working well and super super clean! Very easy to organise with owner and Linh. Also you can do laundry free of charge which is amazing. Highly recommend. More of a local neighbourhood with some good cafes and cheaper eats around than district 1 which is more touristy.
Only thing is my particular room is above the entrance so very noisy when people coming and going. There are other rooms though so maybe ask for a quiter one.

It was clean and quiet inside. The area was close to local markets and within walking distance of district 1. It was across the street from a great coffee shop!
Everything was great, communication with host via messenger was easy. Cash payment was easy. If you like a more firm bed and clean and quiet apt this is for you!

Very clean, private & spacious room. Access to clean drinking water was appreciated.
I was not provided with any check in information prior to my arrival so I assumed there would be a reception there. There was not and once we eventually got into the building we were left in the lobby trying to figure out what to do. I left to get wifi & once I got it saw I had received a message about check in at 4pm. This information should really be given the day before check in so anyone travelling will receive it. The building is also down an alley and had no name on it. It was only that I had screenshot the address as I knew I would have no wifi that the taxi driver was able to point it to us. All of this could have been helped with communication prior to check in day.
